Before and after every installation on every project, Complete Seal Group perform various different testing techniques to keep the standards very high with quality control. This testing includes methods such as:
Moisture Testing
We use non-destructive moisture probes to determine the moisture content and relative humidity of a range of substrate and structures, before we apply the suitable membrane system to prevent any deterioration or microbial.
Thickness Testing
We use thickness testing tools to guide us between coats to make sure we have more then enough product on every application.
Electronic Leak Detection (ELD)
Holiday testing is a dry and non destructive test that is considered a more time efficient and practical alternative to flood testing. Unlike flood testing, holiday testing can also work on vertical surfaces such as shower walls, retaining walls and tank walls.
Holiday testing has been applied on internal wet areas (bathrooms, ensuites, laundries), balconies, roofs, planter boxes, retaining walls, podiums, basement systems, lift pits and other areas where waterproofing is applied.
